Heather is extremely helpful and knowledgeable expert. My wife and I just moved to Eugene area and we were going through our first house buying process. We changed three agents before my friend recommended Heather. She is all a buyer could ask for - knows local area really well, very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns, questions or inquiries. She walked us through the buying process and even came with us to the final meeting with the escrow company, which she did not have to do. We had showings on weekends and at the odd hours, so you can tell, that she does care about clients and she does her job extremely well.
